Lipase powder is sourced from microorganisms. Lipases breaks fats and oils down and removes fatty acids from the glycerol backbone, the release of those fatty acids create the aroma, texture and sharp taste for cheese making, Generally, pipase enzyme powder can be used in cheese making and bakery industry. It also used in laundry detergents to improve the removal of stains such as lipstick, butter, vegetable oil, and body sweat, from fabric surfaces.
